Utilising the most modern construction equipment and technology, with high degree of expertise and substantial in-house resources, employing around 1244 people in its permanent cadre. During the execution of specific projects, the company hires services of skilled and unskilled workforce, depending on the nature and duration of the project. B&R's pursuit of excellence and adherence to quality has earned itself THE QUALITY SYSTEM STANDARD, ISO 9001: 2008 for TANK CONSTRUCTION and ISO 9001 : 2008 for MANUFACTURE OF RAILWAY WAGONS, RAILWAY BRIDGE GIRDERS, BUNK HOUSES and BAILEY TYPE UNIT BRIDGES at its Howrah Workshop.
