Bridge Design Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare design calculations for bridges, including static, fatigue, and seismic analysis.
  
• Conduct site visits to inspect existing bridges and identify potential issues.
  
• Develop detailed designs for railway bridges using software such as STAAD Pro or Metro Bridge Designer.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timelines.
  
• Provide technical support during construction phases to resolve any design-related issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of Indian codes and regulations related to bridges and highways.
  
• Proficiency in STAAD Pro or Metro Bridge Designer software; knowledge of other relevant software an asset.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
  
• 5-10 years of experience in bridge design engineering, preferably in railways or metro projects.
