Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Scaling PW's Vision

Shape the long-term brand architecture that aligns PW's grassroots origins with its global aspirations.

Position PW as a EdTech in India, built for the world

2. Narrative Building & Communication Strategy

Create emotionally resonant brand narratives for Indian students while developing high-trust messaging for students, parents, investors, and collaborators.

Drive thought leadership through founder stories, alumni journeys, and impact stories that work across geographies.

3. Campaign Leadership

Conceptualize full-funnel, cross-platform campaigns that blend desi authenticity with international design sensibilities.

Launch global-facing campaigns across digital, PR, events, and institutional partnerships.

4. Brand Localization & Regional Resonance

Build regional sub-brands and campaigns that speak directly to Tier 2/3 youth while maintaining a unified brand core.

Balance language, emotion, and aspiration across different geographiesbe it a village in Bihar or a diaspora community in the US.

5. Cultural Integration & IP Development

Launch original brand IPs (events, series, formats) that showcase PW as a culture brand, not just an education company.

Collaborate with schools, influencers, content creators, and even artists who align with the PW ethos.

6. PR & Brand Reputation

Build a reputation playbook in collaboration with the PR and Founder office teams.

Drive visibility through speaking engagements, media partnerships, and educational summits.
