Role & responsibilities

Overseeing day-to-day branch operations.

Managing staff and achieving performance targets.

Customer relationship management and business development.

Ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.

Monitoring cash and inventory management.

Implementing sales strategies and promoting products.

Handling customer grievances and resolving issues.

Preferred candidate profile

4-5 years of experience in Sales preferably from Mortgages background
