Eligibility

• PG Diploma / MBA / similar in travel studies
• 4-7 years in a similar role
• Knowledge about destinations, tour packages and flair for selling
• Ability to direct, supervise and lead a team of 3-7 and more
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office

Responsibility

• Achieve sales and revenue targets across all verticals Group Tours (GIT), FIT and MICE
• Promote the Veena World brand through direct marketing and community engagement
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest experiences in line with brand standards
• Supervise day-to-day team performance and align team goals with business objectives
• Prepare and share MIS reports with accurate data, feedback, concerns and actionable insights
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings and share inputs with the product and marketing team
