Branch Banking Officer

Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement: Drive the Annualized Premium Equivalent and pre-set business targets for designated branches.
• Staff Training & Enablement: Conduct joint sales calls, provide product knowledge to bank Relationship Managers (RMs), and train staff on financial needs analysis.
• Branch Collaboration: Work directly with the Branch Manager and bank RMs to implement business plans and integrate life insurance products into bank databases.
• Lead Generation: Identify target customer segments in the branch vicinity and drive cross-sell penetration.
• Compliance & Operations: Ensure all sales adhere to strict regulatory guidelines and resolve pending issues to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 25+ years of relevant experience in life insurance sales, bancassurance, or team management.
• Education: Graduate degree
• Skills: Strong communication skills, proven ability to influence bank staff, and deep knowledge of Life, ULIP, and Pension products.
