Profile: Telecaller Executive - Domestic BPO

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum HSC (12th Pass)
• Basic English communication skills
• Comfortable working with 1 rotational week off

Salary: Upto 14,000 In hand

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide product and card information to customers.
• Handle customer calls professionally.
• Explain company products and services.
• Maintain quality customer interactions and resolve queries effectively.

Shift Details:

• Full-Time (9 Hours)
• Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• 1 Rotational Week Off
