Location: Manyata Tech Park / Whitefield Bengaluru
Salary: 3.2 6.5 LPA + Incentives
Shift: Rotational Shift | 5 Days Working

Job Role:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International E-commerce Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries related to orders, delivery, returns, refunds, and account support for global customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally
• Assist customers with orders, delivery updates, returns & refunds
• Verify customer and order details accurately
• Create and update tickets in CRM systems
• Coordinate with logistics and internal teams when required
• Ensure high CSAT, quality & productivity standards

Eligibility:

• Undergraduate / Graduate (Freshers & Experienced can apply)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel & CRM tools
• Comfortable with rotational shifts

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in E-commerce or Customer Support
• Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
