Where You ll Make a Difference
  • You will play a critical role in strengthening process excellence, quality, and analytical maturity across Global Business Services (GBS). Your work will directly impact efficiency, cost, quality, and risk outcomes by embedding structured problem solving and continuous improvement practices into day to day operations.
  • Specifically, you will:
  • Drive measurable and sustainable improvements across GBS processes through Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Build organizational capability by training, coaching, and mentoring teams on Quality and CI tools.
  • Enable data driven decision making by owning analytics, performance dashboards, and reporting .
  • Reduce waste and cycle time by accelerating digitization and automation using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strengthen governance by ensuring robust RCA and CAPA execution to prevent issue recurrence.

  • You bring a strong mix of continuous improvement expertise, analytical capability, and digital enablement skills , along with hands on experience delivering results in a shared services or operational environment.
  • You are the right fit if you have:
  • Proven 5-8 Years experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects end to end with quantifiable business benefits.
  • Strong working knowledge of Lean, DMAIC, RCA, CAPA, SPC, and basic statistics .
  • Advanced Excel and analytics skills , with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Hands on experience building low code solutions using SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Solid understanding of project management and change management principles.
  • A facilitative, coaching mindset with the ability to influence without authority.

  • Designing and delivering high impact training programs with demonstrated business outcomes using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model .
  • Acting as the QPA/BPI go to expert for analytics, dashboards, and performance measurement.
  • Building scalable CI toolkits, playbooks, and micro learning to empower first line leaders.
  • Ensuring strong control plans, benefits tracking, and CAPA effectiveness validation for sustained results.
  • Coaching Green Belts, Yellow Belts, and citizen developers to build internal capability.
  • Leveraging process mining and automation insights to proactively shape the CI and digitization roadmap.
