An exciting opportunity to join an Ultra Luxury Jewellery Brand as a Boutique Manager in Bengaluru.

Position: Boutique Manager
Salary: Up to 45 LPA (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Drive boutique sales and achieve business targets
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing luxury retail team
Deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with global luxury standards
Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth clientele
Ensure excellence in boutique operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management
Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue
Requirements:
Proven experience in luxury jewellery, watches, or premium luxury retail
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent clienteling and relationship-building abilities
Commercial acumen with a passion for luxury retail
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
