Bounteous - ServiceNow Business Analyst (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

- Work closely with stakeholders to improve ITSM and Asset Management processes

- Support implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow SAM / SAM Pro or HRSD modules

- Manage and optimize software asset lifecycle and compliance processes

- Collaborate with technical teams on CMDB, Discovery, and IT Asset Management initiatives

- Analyze software licensing models and ensure compliance governance

- Prepare process documentation, workflows, and functional specifications

- Support incident resolution, process improvements, and system optimization initiatives

- Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and enterprise governance standards

- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and solution reviews

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst, ITSM Analyst, or IT Asset Management professional

- Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform

- Experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM / SAM Pro) or HRSD module

- Strong understanding of software licensing models including Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, etc.

- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and IT Asset Management processes

- Good understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM best practices

- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow SAM Professional Certification

- Experience working in enterprise IT environments

- Exposure to software compliance and governance initiatives
