Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities (Focus : Hardcore Coding & Architecture) :

Enterprise-Grade Development (Apex & LWC Specialist) :

- Hands-on Coding : Design and develop scalable, high-performance solutions using Advanced Apex (Asynchronous processing, Batch, Queueable, Custom Metadata) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Custom UI/UX : Build complex, reusable LWC components and custom business workflows to simplify intricate operations.

- Code Quality : Ensure all development follows Salesforce best practices, avoiding hardcoded references and maintaining modularity.

CPQ & Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) :

- Lead-to-Cash Ownership : Implement and optimize complex Salesforce CPQ configurations, including Product Rules, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, and Advanced Approvals.

- Billing & Revenue Logic : Manage 1-2 years of hands-on technical delivery within Revenue Cloud or CPQ environments to support billing and order provisioning.

Integration & API Architecture :

- External Connectivity : Architect and maintain robust integrations between Salesforce and 3rd-party ERP, Billing, or Analytics systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Data Flow : Manage secure data exchange using JWT Authentication, OAuth, and handle complex payload transformations.

Platform Optimization & Refactoring (Zero Technical Debt) :

- Logic Refactoring : Analyze and refactor legacy Apex Triggers and Workflows to optimize the "Order of Execution."

- Flow-First Strategy : Consolidate fragmented legacy automation (Process Builders/Workflow Rules) into modern, high-performance Salesforce Flows.

- Governor Limits Mastery : Proactively monitor and solve performance bottlenecks related to SOQL/SOSL limits and CPU timeouts.

Technical Leadership & Client Engagement :

- Direct Client Interaction : Act as a technical consultant for US-based stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical blueprints.

- Mentorship : Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish CI/CD pipelines to ensure zero production defects.

- Independent Problem Solving : Deliver complex features end-to-end without reliance on AI-generated code snippets.
