• Experience: 2-6 years in Telecom ICT ELV BIM Modeling for hyperscale datacenter projects
• Qualification: Any graduate, BE/Btech, Diploma
• Certifications: Autodesk REVIT (Preferred)
• Communication: English, Hindi/native
• Position Location: Navi Mumbai
• Workday: 6d working, 9.30am-6.30pm (mon-Sat)
• Travel requirement: As needed basis, must have own conveyance (bike/car)
• Software skills required: Autodesk Revit MEP or Electric (Must), Navisworks, AutoCAD
• Key Skills: Knowledge of Data center, Autodesk build, Collaboration Pro

developing BIM standards, leading model coordination efforts, and guiding high-performing
teams. Adept at managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving innovative
solutions.

• Experience in using Collaboration platforms like BIM 360, ACC, Procore, Aconex.
• Experience in Developing LOD400 And 500 model of Data center and High-rise building.
• Clash detection and resolution.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans, standards & protocols
• Manage BIM-related project risks and issues
• Develop and maintain data management systems and workflows
• Create and manage 3D models, 2D drawings, and data sheets
• Develop and implement quality control processes for BIM models
• Ensured timely delivery of BIM models and data to project stakeholders
• Identify and address quality issues and discrepancies
• Implement corrective actions to improve BIM model quality
• Meet client expectations and concerns related to BIM implementation
• Review the LOD 300/350 model received from Client and develop the Shop drawings
