Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Alfanar Projects is looking for a skilled 3D BIM Modeler (Planning) with experience in BIM/VDC for Infrastructure, Power, Renewable Energy, Substation, and EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing BIM models, implementing BIM processes, and supporting project teams with high-quality 3D/4D visualization and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models for Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Site disciplines.
- Review drawings, RFIs, specifications, and project documents to update models accurately.
- Set up and implement BIM workflows using Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM360, and related tools.
- Perform model quality checks and ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
- Generate high-quality visualizations and renders using Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion.
- Support 4D BIM planning and construction sequencing activities.
- Explore automation opportunities to improve BIM productivity.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders for successful project execution.
