BIM Manager- Mechanical

Role Description

As a BIM Manager, you will oversee BIM projects and teams, ensuring the implementation of efficient workflows and the resolution of technical challenges. This role requires strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and expertise in managing BIM deliverables to ensure the successful execution of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas

1. BIM Project Oversight

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of BIM-related project milestones.
• Ensure all deliverables meet project standards and client expectations.

2. Team Coordination and Leadership

• Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Provide leadership in resolving technical challenges and aligning team efforts with project goals.

3. Workflow Implementation

• Drive the successful implementation of BIM workflows across projects.
• Standardize BIM processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.

4. Technical Challenge Management

• Address and resolve high-level technical challenges within BIM environments.
• Leverage advanced scripting tools like Dynamo or Grasshopper to optimize workflows when necessary.

5. Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
• Provide clear and strategic communication to facilitate decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills Expected

Educational Background

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical a related field.

Technical Proficiency

• Expertise in BIM software and coordination tools.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and technical issue resolution.
