BIM Engineer II - Mechanical & Plumbing

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced BIM Engineer II - Mechanical & Plumbing to join our team at Techture Structures Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and plumbing systems, with excellent design and modeling skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design and develop detailed models of mechanical and plumbing systems using BIM software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Conduct site visits to verify the accuracy of designs and identify potential issues.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation of designs, including drawings and reports.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure all designs meet safety and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM engineering, preferably in mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Strong knowledge of BIM software and technologies, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
