We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator with expertise in Civil or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) disciplines
As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the coordination process and ensuring the successful implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) on our projects
You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, clash detection, and efficient project deliver

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the BIM process for Civil or MEP projects from conception to completion.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project team members to develop BIM execution plans and project-specific protocols.
Create and maintain 3D BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools.
Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts between various building systems.
Develop and maintain project-specific BIM libraries, templates, and content.
Facilitate model exchange and coordination meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
Train and support project team members in BIM software and workflows.
Review and evaluate BIM models for compliance with project requirements, standards, and industry best practices.
Generate construction documentation, including 2D drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from the BIM models.
Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, industry standards, and emerging trends.
Continuously improve BIM processes, workflows, and protocols to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator, preferably in the Civil or MEP industry.
Proficiency in BIM software tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar applications.
Strong understanding of Civil or MEP systems and construction processes.
Familiarity with clash detection and coordination processes.
Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Preferred Skills:

Professional certifications related to BIM, such as Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) or equivalent.
Experience with clash detection software or tools.
Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration platforms for BIM projects.
Knowledge of energy modeling or sustainability analysis tools.
Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary BIM models.
