Role Overview :

As a BI Engineer at Miracle Software Systems, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust BI solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and other engineers to understand business requirements, build data models, and create compelling visualizations.

Your work will directly impact decision-making processes by providing accurate, timely, and insightful information to key stakeholders across the organization. This role is based in either Vishakhapatnam/Vizag or Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop data models that support business intelligence and reporting needs, ensuring data integrity and performance.

- Create and maintain BI reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, enabling stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators and identify trends.

- Develop DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) measures and calculations to derive meaningful insights from data, providing valuable business intelligence.

- Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of BI solutions, building trust in the data.

- Deploy and maintain BI solutions, ensuring seamless access and optimal performance for end-users, maximizing the impact of data-driven insights.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability, ensuring they can handle growing data volumes and user demands.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement data models for business intelligence and reporting purposes.

- Proven expertise in developing interactive and insightful BI reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI.

- Strong proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating complex calculations and measures.

- Experience in performing data validation and ensuring data quality within BI solutions.

- Ability to deploy and maintain BI solutions, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, adapting to changing priorities and project requirements.

- 5- 7 years of relevant experience.
