Job Description
- Data Analysis: Analyze and understand the business data requirements, translating them into data models and reporting solutions
- Data Modeling: Design and develop data models, data warehouses, and databases that are optimized for reporting and analysis
- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load): Create ETL processes to extract data from various sources, transform it into a suitable format, and load it into data warehouses or data marts
- Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, flat files, APIs, and other data repositories
- Report Development: Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or custom-built solutions
- SQL Skills: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data efficiently
- Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and data quality through data cleansing and validation processes
- Performance Optimization: Optimize query performance, report rendering, and data loading for fast and efficient analytics
- Security: Implement data security measures to ensure that sensitive information is protected, and access is controlled
- Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in developing dashboards in Power BI or Tableau and integrating models built in R with the BI tool.
