Bi Analyst (Tableau)

Job Summary

We are looking for a BI Analyst with strong Tableau development and analytics expertise to transform business data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate should have experience building interactive dashboards, analyzing complex datasets, and working with cross-functional stakeholders to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.

- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

- Write optimized SQL queries to extract, clean, and validate data.

- Build and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards.

- Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to deliver reporting solutions.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports.

- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.

- Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 2 to 6 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.

- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.

- Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.

- Experience in data visualization, dashboard design, and storytelling.

- Good understanding of data modeling and relational databases.

- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Python for analytics.

- Exposure to Power BI is an added advantage.

- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
