In this role, you have the opportunity to :

- Own and drive end-to-end Data Science initiatives and execution to solve core fintech problems.

- Collaborate with various business stakeholders to drive business impact.

- Requires 12+ yrs DS experience, strong Python/ML stack, and proven delivery of real-world solutions.

- Work as a hands-on leader and manage a team of talented predictive analytics practitioners.

Responsibilities will include :

- Translate business objectives into data solutions and translate results into actionable intelligence using data-science.

- Develop quantitative models, leveraging machine learning, AI and advanced data analysis techniques.

- Lead development of actionable intelligence from structures/unstructured data and develop algorithms and solutions which impacts real business.

- Manage a team of 8 to 10 data scientists.

To succeed in the role :

Qualifications :

- 12+ years of experience in a similar position with a hands-on experience in Data Science.

- Masters in Computer Science, Applied Math, Operations Research, Statistics, Economics or related field.

- Excellent knowledge of AI/ML modeling.

- Fluency in Python, SQL, and PySpark.

Skills, experiences & behaviors :

- Experience working with data engineering and product teams to deploy ML solutions in an Agile environment.

- In-depth understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical underpinnings.

- You will be resilient and adaptable.

- Passion for understanding the key drivers within a complex business, being able to assimilate multiple data points to diagnose complex problems and deliver practical solutions and recommendations.
