Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Leverage various recruitment channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source top talent.
• Map candidate data from competitor companies to identify strong profiles.
• Ensure timely delivery of recruitment assignments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively meet hiring needs.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter specializing in BFSI hiring.
• Strong understanding of BFSI roles such as Audit, Wealth Management, Compliance, Credit, Fixed Income Research, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
