Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage bulk hiring campaigns for BFSI clients, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
• Conduct mass hiring drives to meet the volume requirements of clients, maintaining a focus on quality standards.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top performers in the industry.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in BFSI recruitment or related field.
• Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes, including bulk hiring and mass hiring.
• Strong understanding of the BFSI sector and its dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
