Preferred candidate profile
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BFSI Recruiter with strong experience in IT recruitment, particularly in hiring for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles for both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent positions, with a solid understanding of technology roles required by BFSI organizations.
