Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Berger Paints India Ltd, specifically in the British Paints Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve results.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the paints or coatings industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools is an advantage.
