We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BPO Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers through various communication channels (phone) addressing their Credit card-related inquiries.
Job Description:
Graduate Freshers or 6 Months experience mandatory
24*7 Rotational Shifts
Good communication skills
Candidate should be able to speak Bengali and English/Hindi
Day shift for females
