Bengali Customer Support Executive Healthcare Process

Job Location: Bangalore Electronic City Phase II, Karnataka
Work Mode: Work from Office
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Days: 5 Days per Week with 2 Rotational Days Off


Job Summary

We are hiring Bengali Customer Support Executives for a multilingual healthcare support process in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer-service skills and be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.

The role involves assisting patients through inbound/outbound calls and email, handling appointment-related requests and enquiries, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering a professional and patient-centric customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer/patient calls professionally and courteously.
  • Assist patients with appointment booking and general enquiries.
  • Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, and email communication.
  • Communicate calmly and diplomatically with patients and co-workers.
  • Listen actively and understand patient requirements.
  • Accurately verify patient details and update information in the appropriate system.
  • Maintain 100% documentation of customer interactions.
  • Build positive relationships with patients.
  • Maintain required quality and Average Handling Time (AHT) standards.
  • Stay updated with process knowledge and daily operational updates.
  • Follow established procedures and process requirements.
  • Maintain punctuality and adhere to assigned break schedules.
  • Take initiative and remain flexible regarding process changes.

Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.


Compensation

  • Fresher: Up to 2.80 LPA
  • Experienced: Up to 3.20 LPA

Shift & Work Schedule

  • Rotational shifts.
  • 5 working days with 2 rotational days off.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working according to the assigned process schedule.
  • This is a Work from Office position.

Selection Process

The selection process may include:
