Job Role - BENCH SALES RECRUITER

Location: Vijayawada

Shift Timings: (7PM - 4AM) Night Shifts

Working Days: Monday - Friday(ONSITE)

Strong communication skills with a keen interest in sales and negotiation.
Eagerness to learn and work independently in a challenging role with growth environment.
Ability to quickly grasp resume sourcing, formatting, and presenting consultants.
Motivated to quickly place candidates in competitive roles and build a successful career in recruitment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying suitable job opportunities for bench consultants in the US IT market.
Learn and support the complete Bench Sales and Recruitment lifecycle.
Use platforms like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn for sourcing requirements and vendor communication.
Coordinate with consultants to collect updated resumes, availability, and project preferences.
Submit consultant profiles to vendors and clients based on matching requirements.
Follow up on submissions, interview schedules, and placement status.
Maintain daily reports and update consultant information in our Internal database.
Develop professional relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
Support senior team members in rate negotiation and candidate coordination.
Ensure effective communication through emails and calls with consultants and vendors.
Gain knowledge of visa types such as H1B, OPT, CPT, H4-EAD, and Green Card.
Gain knowledge of Tax terms such as C2C, 1099, W2 ETC.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve recruitment and placement targets.
