Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Estate & Succession Planning to join our team, helping clients structure and secure their wealth for future generations through thoughtful planning and expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate clients about the importance of wealth succession, inheritance laws, and tools to ensure smooth generational transition.
• Facilitate workshops and awareness sessions for clients and NJ Wealth Partners on estate planning fundamentals.
• Engage with NJ Wealth clients and their families to understand their legacy aspirations, business continuity goals, and succession preferences.
• Develop customized estate and succession strategies, incorporating wills, trusts, family governance, nominations, and other planning tools.
• Partner with internal NJ Wealth teams, legal experts, and tax advisors to offer end-to-end estate planning solutions.
• Keep updated on evolving laws, tax structures, and best practices in succession and inheritance planning.
  

We are looking for:

1. A professional with 5+ years of experience in estate planning, financial advisory, or private client services.
2. Qualified in Law, Finance, or a related field (CA, CFP, LLB, Trust & Estate Practitioner, or similar certification is a plus).
3. Skilled in client communication with a high level of trust, empathy, and discretion.
4. Familiar with Indian succession laws (Hindu Succession Act, Indian Succession Act 1925, Indian Trusts Act 1882 etc.) and estate planning tools.
5. Passionate about guiding clients in building legacies and navigating complex family dynamics with sensitivity.
