Reporting To : Chief Business Officer (CBO)

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional who can drive enterprise technology sales and help organizations adopt innovative solutions that improve customer experience, productivity, automation, and operational efficiency.

Role Summary :

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end B2B sales of technology solutions, including lead generation, prospecting, pre-sales consulting, client presentations, product demonstrations, proposal management, commercial negotiations, and business closure.

The ideal candidate should possess strong consultative selling skills and experience selling technology-led solutions to enterprise customers across sectors such as BPO, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, E-commerce, Telecom, Travel, and Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, outbound campaigns, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across target industries.
  • Identify key decision-makers and establish relationships with CXOs, Operations Leaders, IT Heads, and Procurement Teams.
  • Develop account acquisition and market penetration strategies.

Pre-Sales & Solution Selling

  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business challenges and technology requirements.
  • Present Radical Minds' technology solutions including:
    • Contact Center Platforms
    • AI & Automation Solutions
    • CRM Solutions
    • Workforce Management Tools
    • Analytics & Reporting Platforms
    • Digital Customer Experience Solutions
    • Omnichannel Engagement Platforms
  • Coordinate with product and solution teams to design customized client solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and solution workshops.

Appointment Generation & Client Engagement

  • Schedule and manage client meetings, demos, and executive presentations.
  • Independently represent Radical Minds during client discussions, conferences, and industry forums.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across prospective client organizations.

Proposal & Commercial Management

  • Lead RFI/RFP responses and proposal submissions.
  • Develop commercial models and business cases.
  • Conduct pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure timely closure of opportunities.

Post-Sales Transition & Relationship Management

  • Support smooth onboarding and transition of newly acquired clients.
  • Work closely with delivery and implementation teams.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B Technology Sales, SaaS Sales, Enterprise Solutions, or Digital Transformation Services.
  • Prior experience in BPO technology sales, Contact Center Solutions, CRM, AI, Automation, Analytics, or CX Technology preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing enterprise sales cycles and complex solution selling.

Education

  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related field preferred.
  • Graduate from a recognized institution.
