Battery Pack Assembly Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities on a daily basis to meet customer requirements.
  
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient assembly process execution.
  
• Conduct quality checks on battery packs before dispatching them to customers.
  
• Implement improvement activities to increase productivity and reduce defects.
  
• Manage manpower effectively by allocating tasks and monitoring performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in Battery Pack Assembly, EV/EV Components, or related fields.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
  
• Strong skills in BMS testing, Daily Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Production Monitoring, Shop Floor Management, Quality Management, Technical Management, Training.
