Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service to guests and maintaining high standards of quality.
  
• Supervise a team of bartenders, providing guidance on mixology techniques, menu knowledge, and customer service.
  
• Develop new cocktail recipes using modern techniques such as fat washing, clarification, infusion, rotavap, zero proof etc.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective execution of events and promotions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
