Banquet Sales Manager

Are you passionate about hospitality, event management, and customer experience? We are looking for a proactive Banquet Sales & Operations Manager to lead our banquet business by driving bookings while ensuring flawless event execution and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Handle banquet inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
• Conduct venue tours and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, corporates, and referral partners.
• Maintain inquiry records and ensure timely collection of booking advances and final payments.

Operations & Event Management

• Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the banquet.
• Ensure the venue is clean, well-maintained, and event-ready at all times.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, decorators, caterers, security, and other vendors.
• Supervise event setup and execution to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor inventory, vendor performance, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

• 4-6 years of experience in banquet management, hotels, hospitality, or event management.
• Experience in both banquet sales and operations will be preferred.
• Strong communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays based on event schedules.
