Banquet Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Audio-Visual) to ensure seamless execution of events.
  
• Ensure banquets meet quality standards by monitoring food preparation, presentation, and service delivery.
  
• Handle guest complaints and feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Manage hotel bookings for events and maintain accurate records of reservations.
  
• Collaborate with sales team to increase revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in banquet operations or related field.
  
• B.Com degree in Any Specialization or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
