The Role

Advises, analyzes and supports banking clients in planning, analyzing, modernizing implementing & supporting Banking Digital solutions for Retail Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Corporate Internet Banking. Includes application selection, modernization priorities, design and approach, application integration, testing, deployment and application support.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• 5 to 10 years in banking industry implementing / modernizing banking applications and support services.
• Exposure and working experience in RIB/MB apps like Clayfin, Ixeed will be an added advantage
• Experience in working in large banking implementations and/or application support services for Indian clients.
• Experience in integration with other banking Applications like CBS, CRM, Cards, Payments etc.
• Knowledge in banking domain, especially for India specific requirements.
• Functional or Techno-functional knowledge of industry standard banking applications
• Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration
• Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams

Preferred Professional Experience:

• Software Engineering Life Cycle deliverables for banking implementations.
• Experience in working with banking application vendors
• Work closely with the business team to analyse business requirements, organise design reviews, test execution and support.
• Good communication skills
• Experience in using and implementing DevSecOps processes
• Past experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies
