Skilled insurance specialist to join our Premium & Billing team to handle the Premium Processing / Premium Suspense / Workflow Query / Email Query / Reports / Payments activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update project documents, schedules, and trackers.
• Support financial transactions related to payments.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely updates.
• Track risks, issues, and changes in the project.
• Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of project management.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in U.S Insurance preferable life and annuity experience.
• Premium Processing, Finance and Accounts, Suspense Accounts, and Suspense Reconciliation.
• Preferably commerce graduate
