We are looking for Sales Manager to lead and drive the Banca business across the assigned territory . Join our team and earn CTC up to 4L per Annum (Negotiable) and lucrative Incentives and Monthly fixed allowances.
Role & responsibilities
- Drive Motor, Health, fire, marine insurance premium growth and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop and execute territory-level sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
- Build strong relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- To Achieve assigned business target.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-4 years of experience in any General Insurance Sales.
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to drive performance in a target-oriented environment.
