Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute bancassurance strategies to increase insurance sales through bank channels.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bank partners, agents, and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals that drive revenue growth for both parties.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in banca sales or bancassurance sales.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services, particularly those related to insurance.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
