Backend Techlead

We are seeking a brilliant and highly motivated Backend Developer to join our rapidly growing team in Bangalore. As a tech lead She/He will be involved in the prototype, develop, and deliver native cloud applications, providing strategic innovative and cost-effective solutions to increase efficiency, reliability and success of the customers. She/He will have a crucial part in contributing to the roadmap of a scalable AI infrastructure with a web interface and will need to master a wide variety of cutting-edge technologies, working in a semi-autonomous environment. What you will be doing:

Design and develop quality, proficient and well documented technical solutions that satisfy business requirements and meets corporate architectural standards

Develop solid unit and integration tests according to organizational standards

Contribute to and drive technological and architectural decisions

Collaborates with designers, developers and product owners

Participate in reviewing design and code for other team members

Adhere to agile development principles while following and improving all aspects of the scrum process

Function as a subject matter expert in multiple product components

Assist peer organizations with activities such as performance, scalability and reliability testing

Applies usability procedures and principles as defined at a project or product-line levels or through customer input

Contributes to and supports re-use through common components that are well documented and tested

Requirements:

• Education qualification : MCA, BCA graduates who are passionate about coding
• Expertise in Python programming
• Experience in writing scalable RestAPI web services
• Python web frameworks such as Django/Flask
• Hands on experience with SQL and NoSQL persistent tech stack such as MySQL, MongoDB etc
• Experience with microservice-based architecture
• Experience with AWS Cloud Service such as Cloud9, S3, Cognito, Lambda, APIGateway, Dynamo DB
• Implementing CI/CD with excellent Unit Testing and API testing coverage using BDD framework
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes
• Excellent Problem solving, Data Structures and Design Skills
