Backend Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java or other programming language.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of the system by implementing load balancing techniques and monitoring tools.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Leverage AI utilisation in backend systems.  

Job Requirements :

• 3.8- 6.5 years of experience in software development with a focus on backend engineering.
• Strong understanding of design patterns (e.g., Microservices) and distributed system architecture (e.g., Kafka).
• Proficiency in developing asynchronous applications using multithreading concepts such as RabbitMQ or similar technologies.
• Experience working with low-latency messaging queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-driven architectures.
