Backend Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain scalable backend systems using Golang.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, security and performance of the system by monitoring its behavior under load conditions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to data processing pipelines using tools like Kafka.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in software development with a focus on backend engineering.
• Strong understanding of distributed system design principles and architecture patterns (e.g., microservices).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or GoLang; experience with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL database management system.
