Description
We are looking for Backend Developers with 0-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side logic of our applications, optimizing database performance, and ensuring seamless data flow and communication between the server and client.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Design and optimize database schemas and queries.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug backend issues.
  • Ensure performance and responsiveness of the backend architecture.
  • Stay updated with the latest backend development trends and best practices.
Requirements and Skills
  • 0-3 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
  • Programming Skills : Proficiency in languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or Go.
  • Database Knowledge : Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Networking Skills : Strong understanding of network protocols, sockets, and RESTful APIs.
  • Version Control : Familiarity with Git and code collaboration tools.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes , or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and caching mechanisms.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
