2 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Python

Strong experience with Flask and/or FastAPI

Proficient in working with MySQL databases, including complex queries and optimization

Experience with integrating APIs, webhooks, and third-party services

Good understanding of software design principles, RESTful API design, and asynchronous programming

Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows is a plus

Experience with AI/automation workflows (e.g., integrating with AI bots) is a bonus

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Flask and FastAPI

Integrate backend systems with AI bots, automation tools, and third-party APIs

Design and manage MySQL database schemas, queries, and performance tuning

Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability

Implement secure coding practices and data protection strategies

Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of backend architecture
