This is a non-voice, back-office process focused on verifying and managing driver documentation to ensure a seamless experience for one of the world's largest mobility platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Verification: Review and process driver-partner documents (licenses, registrations, etc.) with high precision.
- Process Adherence: Read and implement SOPs written in English to ensure workflow consistency.
Mandatory Requirements
- Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (10+2) Freshers are eligible.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 22 WPM with 90% accuracy (Candidates must pass a typing test).
- Communication: Basic English communication skills (Verbal & Written
- Reading Skills: Ability to read and comprehend technical SOPs in English.
- Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in a 6-day work week (Rotational offs).
