Looking for a passionate and skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, reliable, and high-performance web applications. You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to bring features from concept to production.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails (or similar MVC frameworks)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (especially with frameworks like React or Vue.js is a plus)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Proficient in Git and version control workflows
- Experience with testing frameworks like RSpec or Minitest
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
