Sales Representative Decorative Lighting (B2B Sales)

Company Overview

We are one of India's leading importers of premium decorative and commercial lighting products. We import directly from China and supply high-quality lighting solutions to dealers, distributors, wholesalers across India through our B2B sales network. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to expand our dealer network and strengthen customer relationships.

Position

Sales Representative Decorative Lighting

Experience: 2–3 Years (Mandatory)
Industry Preference: Decorative Lighting / Commercial Lighting / Electrical Products
Location: Delhi NCR
Annual CTC: 2,40,000 – 4,20,000 (Based on experience, skills, and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads and identify potential dealers and distributors.
  • Collect market data and build a strong database of potential customers.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective dealers and distributors to generate business opportunities.
  • Visit markets across Delhi NCR whenever required to meet new and existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Warehouse (Dispatch) teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
  • Follow up on quotations, inquiries, payments, and customer requirements.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Share regular market updates and competitor insights with the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Decorative Lighting, Commercial Lighting, Electrical Products, or a similar B2B sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in handling dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer applications.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
  • Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR as required.

Preferred Candidate

  • Existing network in the lighting or electrical industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
  • Positive attitude, professional work ethic, and eagerness to grow with the organization.
