Job Description

  • Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, business partners, and individual clients
  • Drive sales and revenue generation through Broking, Insurance, Mutual Funds, and other financial products
  • Identify, acquire, and onboard new B2B partners and B2C clients
  • Generate leads through networking, references, field visits, and market research
  • Promote cross-selling and upselling of financial products to existing and new clients
  • Contribute to overall business growth
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred)
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales (Broking, Insurance, or Mutual Funds preferred)
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of financial products and capital markets
  • Target-driven with a proactive and result-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
