Job Description
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, business partners, and individual clients
- Drive sales and revenue generation through Broking, Insurance, Mutual Funds, and other financial products
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new B2B partners and B2C clients
- Generate leads through networking, references, field visits, and market research
- Promote cross-selling and upselling of financial products to existing and new clients
- Contribute to overall business growth
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred)
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales (Broking, Insurance, or Mutual Funds preferred)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of financial products and capital markets
- Target-driven with a proactive and result-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office.
