B T Assistant in Social Studies

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B.T. Assistant to join our Department of Social Science. The B.T. Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the social science teachers in delivering high-quality education to students at the higher secondary level. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a deep knowledge of social science, and an ability to inspire students to excel.

Responsibilities:

• Assist social science teachers in designing and implementing a comprehensive social science curriculum that aligns with the schools vision and mission.
• Work with teachers to create engaging and interactive lessons to students at the higher secondary level.
• Assist in grading assignments, quizzes, and exams.
• Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide regular reports to parents and school administrators.
• Help maintain an organized and well-equipped classroom.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the department head.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree in Social Science or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of social science subjects such as History, Geography, and Political Science.
• Passion for teaching and working with students at the higher secondary level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
• A commitment to staying up-to-date with advancements in social science and integrating new teaching methods and technologies into the classroom.
