B T Assistant in Maths

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic B.T. Assistant to join our Mathematics Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the faculty in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, conducting laboratory sessions, and grading assignments and examinations. The B.T. Assistant will also be required to assist with the research activities of the department and help with the development of course materials and laboratory experiments.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the faculty in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Mathematics
• Conducting laboratory sessions and grading assignments and examinations
• Assisting with the research activities of the department
• Developing course materials and laboratory experiments
• Assisting with administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mathematics or a related field
• Prior experience in teaching or research in Mathematics
• Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and procedures
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
