Role overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and DevSecOps practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud platforms, release automation, containerization, and CI/CD tooling, enabling faster, secure, and reliable software delivery. Experience with Git-based workflows, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and modern DevOps practices is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications.
- Automate build, test, deployment, and release processes across multiple environments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Build and manage container platforms using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Establish DevSecOps practices including security scans, compliance checks, and vulnerability management.
- Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, code reviews, and release governance.
- Monitor platform performance, availability, and deployment health using modern observability tools.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Architecture, and Security teams to drive automation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and drive continuous improvement of pipelines and platform reliability.
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and establish DevOps best practices across teams.
